The Sattler Classica S70M is an 8-day pendulum clock which strikes on a spring gong, with a repetition feature so that the strike can be manually triggered up to the fiftieth minute, thus allowing the previous hour to be repeated.

The 70cm tall case is finished in 13 layers of black lacquer, inset with metal stringing to the top and base, the back with a striking macassar ebony panel running along its length.

The white enamel dial has a number of options – classic Roman numerals, elegant modern Arabic version, omitting some off the hour marks, or a contemporary Arabic dial.

Finished with two blued steel hands.

The complete gear train is equipped with 14 jewels and 4 ball bearings, which leads to an exceptionally long service life.
