A c.1930s chrome plated ships bell clock by Fulton, together with the matching aneroid barometer with thermometer, mounted on an oak board.
The 5" clock dial has Arabic luminous numerals, and a regulation slot above the 12 o'clock position.
The clock has a mechanical 8 day movement, striking the ships' watch bells, i.e. 8 bells at 12 o'clock, 4 o'clock, and 8 o'clock, then 1 bell at half past, and increasing by one bell per half hour to the maximum of 8.
The barometer has a skeletonised dial to view the aneroid movement, which gives three inches of scale for barometric pressure, over a curved spirit Fahrenheit themometer. The bevelled glass is fitted with a pointer.
