A good size and proportioned walnut cased mantle clock by Lenzkirch, the case with applied ormolu mounts and brass finials and lockable front door.
The brass arched dial has a 5" silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, surrounded with brass spandrels, and with a matted centre.
The 8-day ting tang movement is signed Lenzkirch 1 million, which strikes the hours on one gong, and the quarters on two gongs.
Original fleur de lys hands.
