A solid brass miniature longcase clock, standing 17" high, dating from c.1900.
The polished, lacquered case stands on a mahogany plinth raised on brass ogee feet. It has glazed panels to the trunk and base, to view the movement of the brass pendulum bob. The case is decorated with bronzed metal corners.
The brass dial is 4 1/4" in diameter, with engraved and filled Arabic numerals.
Eight day French drum movement, with outside countwheel strike on a bell.
