A very pretty mahogany longcase clock of small proportions, by Christopher Sharp of Dublin, dated c.1820s.
The case has a dome top hood with fluted canted corners to the round door, over a trunk with canted corners, long trunk door with shaped top and edged with ebonised stringing. The base has two front feet, and a central support at the back.
Eight day rack striking movement on a bell.
The 11½" white painted dial is signed for the maker .
