A late 19th century French repeating carriage clock in excellent condition.
The stepped brass Anglaise case has a three-pieced handle.
The pretty cream enamel dial is in perfect original condition, having gilt minute markers and silver five-minute markers but with rubbed signature, set within a gilt mask.
The clock has a twin barrelled gong-striking movement with silvered lever platform escapement, and comes with its original travel box.
Height to the top of the carrying handle 7.25in (18.5cms).
