Repairs and Restoration

BWCMG Logo Carlton Clocks has a team of horologists, working from the showrooms / workshops premises in Little Chalfont. Between them, they have a wealth of qualifications and experience in all aspects of clock overhauling and restoration.

Estimates and advice are free, and can often be given while you wait. We can offer a complete restoration service to include all aspects of mechanical repairs , with the addition of case and dial restorations, all of which are also completed to our very high standards. We are always happy to show visitors examples of our work.

All restoration work carried out by Carlton Clocks is covered by a twelve month guarantee. Generally, we will re-install your clock in situ, to ensure correct setting up. For larger clocks, such as grandfather clocks and regulator wall clocks, we can arrange to collect these too. Visitors can see the work carried out before their eyes, due to the open plan layout.

Carlton Clocks has been established for 26 years, under its current ownership. We are members of the British Watch & Clock Makers Guild.

No appointments are necessary. The shop is open from 9am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. If immediate advice or estimates are required, it is advisable to telephone in advance, as we work on a skeleton staff in the shop whilst exhibiting at major antiques fairs.
